The shipment is made by a certified delivery company with full insurance in case of damage or lost during transit. The item will be packed professionally. If an item is damaged or lost during transit, the seller will be responsible for contacting the delivery company to obtain a refund for the buyer. A tracking number will be forwarded to the buyer’s email address, in order to monitor the delivery status.

As part of the sale the provisions of European rules are applicable, the buyer (from the website, telephone, mail) can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchasing the item. If the 14th day is on a weekend/public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day. The buyer must send the item back within 14 days after receiving the item. Proof of shipment date must be provided to the seller. 

The payment can be made via Paypal or by credit card through a secure payment service: Stripe. The payment procedure is free of charge. Once the payment is received, the purchase will be processed and shipped within 7 working days.
